Common questions asked about www.odysseygames.co.uk

What kinds of games and products can I buy from Odyssey Games?

Odyssey Games offers a mix of tabletop and leisure products, including games, trading card game products, travel games, jigsaws, card sleeves, deck boxes, greeting cards and Noodoll plush. The website features titles and products from brands and publishers such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering and Wentworth Puzzles. Selection and availability can change, so check the online shop for current listings. If you are looking for a particular game, accessory or gift, you can contact the shop to ask whether it is available.

What are the delivery and collection options?

The website advertises free UK shipping on orders over £60, and also offers free click and collect in store. Check the delivery information and your basket at checkout for the current eligibility requirements, any applicable exclusions and the options available for your order. If you choose collection, confirm the store’s collection instructions before travelling. The website identifies Odyssey Games with events in Ely, but check the shop’s contact details or order information for the exact collection location and arrangements.

Does Odyssey Games run gaming events or offer event tickets?

The website promotes gaming events in Ely and includes event tickets and gaming groups among its offerings. Event dates, activities, ticket availability and any participation requirements may vary, so review the current event listings before making plans. If details are not clear, contact the shop to ask what a ticket includes, whether advance booking is needed and whether the event is suitable for your group. Checking ahead can help you choose an event that matches the games you enjoy and avoid arriving when spaces are unavailable.

Are the UK Games Expo exclusive games and new arrivals always in stock?

Not necessarily. The website describes its UK Games Expo finds as limited stock, so a particular title may sell out and availability can change quickly. It also highlights new arrivals, which may be added or updated over time. Check the product page for current availability before placing an order, and contact the shop if you want to confirm stock or ask whether an item may return. If a product is marked unavailable, avoid assuming it can be back-ordered unless the shop confirms that option.

Can I get a discount on my first order or buy a gift?

The website advertises 10% off your first order when you sign up, so review the sign-up details for how to receive and use the offer. Check any terms, exclusions or expiry details before checkout, as the discount may not apply to every product or promotion. The shop also lists gift-friendly items such as jigsaws, games, plush and greeting cards. If you are buying for someone else, consider checking product details and asking the shop for help choosing an appropriate option.
